Our group consists of a mixture of undergraduate and Ph.D. students, post-doctoral researchers and, from time to time, visiting academics or senior research associates. Any inquiries about joining the group should be addressed to Dr. Leadbeater.

Undergraduates interested in working in our group, to start at the beginning of the upcoming semester, should contact Dr. Leadbeater to arrange a chat about project availability and content.

Graduate recruitment for the academic year begins in Fall. All applications for Graduate places are handled by the University Graduate Studies Office. If you are interested in graduate study in Chemistry at UConn, you should complete a preliminary interest form and FAX or e-mail it to Emilie Hogrebe. You may download this form in either Microsoft Word format or in Adobe PDF format.
If you are interested specifically in a Ph.D. place in our group, then you should also informally contact Dr. Leadbeater.

Post-doctoral positions
Funded post-doctoral positions available within the group will be advertised here when available. People interested in applying for fellowships to support a post-doctoral position in the group should contact contact Dr. Leadbeater. We are extremely interested in supporting such applications, particularly for those with experience in microwave chemistry, but also for those with expertise in any aspect of organic synthesis, or chemical biology.
